Simple to use, but powerful in function, the Sahara Dehydator has a 700w dual heater that can be programmed with two times and two temperatures for better control of food drying. It automatically switches to low power for more efficient operation when food is partially dry.  The air is circulated by a quiet, highly efficient radial fan that provides the optimum mixture of fresh and recirculated air.
