This Aditamento Ice Cream Maker Attachment may be used to create customized blends of ice cream with any type of mix-in and other frozen snacks like gelato and sorbet. Make classic flavors like French vanilla, chocolate, or mint chocolate chip. If you are feeling adventurous, try making lemon poppy seed, oatmeal raisin cookie, or burnt almond fudge! You can even make healthy alternatives with almond, coconut, and soy milk: the combinations are endless. This attachment comes with (1) aluminum ice cream bowl, (1) dasher, and (1) hub assembly. Place the metal bowl into the freezer for at least 24 hours, add ingredients to the bowl, and the plastic dasher/churning paddle thoroughly mixes & scrapes the mixture for a smooth texture. For a firmer ice cream texture, freeze for an additional 2-4 hours.
