This simple attachment connects to the universal hub, making it compatible with ALL KitchenAid stand mixers. Made from durable plastic with metal gears and grinding plates, this durable food grinder can grind up something as dense as thick cubes of meat to delicate slices of bread. Whether you choose to make fresh burgers to throw onto the grill, sausage for breakfast or to put in the smoker for later, flavored breadcrumbs from the homemade sourdough bread baked earlier in the week or grind some fresh parmesan cheese to have on-hand to mix into your recipes, it’s all possible to do with one machine. (*Note: very hard dense foods should NOT be ground in the KitchenAid Food Grinder Attachment.)
