This Covered Casserole is 8” and has two side handles with a vented metal-rimmed heat tempered glass cover and is perfect for frying, casseroles, and chilies. This Swiss Diamond Casserole Pan is also a great pan to start on the stove, finish in the oven, and then serve in, since it is oven safe up to 500 F. Swiss Diamond is an award winning line of cookware, combining real diamond crystals with the non-stick nano composite, forming a virtually indestructible non-stick surface.
The Swiss Diamond Casserole Pans are metal utensil and dishwasher safe. This non-stick cooking surface makes for unequal food release and easy effortless clean-up plus, will not peel, crack or blister. The ergonomically designed handles will stay cool up to 500°F.
