The machine is fully automated with a quick baking cycle that can produce a loaf of bead in just 2 hours. The Zojirushi Mini Bakery can also be set to turn itself on within a range of 13 hours to have a fresh loaf ready for you at anytime specified. This bread maker also comes with a video to get you started.
